The DF83V is the latest addition to the renowned DF Grinder series, building on the legacy of the popular DF64 grinder. This new cutting-edge model seamlessly blends sleek design with high-performance functionality, representing a significant upgrade in both structural integrity and user experience. The DF83V is engineered for power, precision and control over the grind, with a robust 83mm DLC-coated flat burr set for versatile grinding.

Control

the DF83V comes with a first-in-line auger feed system, which ensures a slower and more controlled feed into the burr chamber, optimising grind consistency.

With stepless adjustment, users can precisely fine-tune their grind from perfect espresso shots to balanced pour over and cold press. Additionally, the adjustable RPM feature allows for customisable grind speed (300-1600 RPM), reducing fines and ensuring optimal distribution.

Usability

Designed for an efficient workflow, featuring a magnetised catch cup and plasma generator to minimise retention and streamline the cleaning process. It also includes a compact hopper with bellows to help clear any remaining grounds.
