At Earl Coffee, we're committed to offering the best prices on coffee equipment in the UK. If you find an identical product available for less at any UK retailer, we'll match that price — so you never have to choose between great service and a great deal.

How It Works

1. Find a lower price
Spot the same product at a lower price from any UK-based retailer, either online or in-store.

2. Get in touch
Contact us with a link to the product page or a screenshot showing the price. You can reach us by:

3. We verify and match
We'll check the price and, once confirmed, offer you the matched price on your order. Most claims are processed within a few hours during business hours.

Conditions

To keep things fair, our price match applies when:

• The product is identical — same brand, model, colour, and specification.
• The item is in stock and available to buy at the competitor at the time of your claim.
• The competitor is a UK based retailer (online or high street).
• The price is a standard retail price — not a clearance sale, pricing error, auction listing, cashback offer, or voucher/discount code promotion.
• The competitor price includes VAT and is shown in GBP (£).

We compare total prices including delivery. If the competitor charges for shipping, we factor that in so the comparison is fair.

Before and After Purchase

You can claim a price match before you place your order — just get in touch and we'll adjust the price for you. If you've already purchased from us and find a lower price within 7 days, contact us and we'll refund the difference.
