DF Grinder Warranties

On all Brand New DF grinders purchased from our site, in person events and via our stockists; we provide a  2 year UK repair warranty starting from the date that you receive the item. So if there's a problem with the item you just Contact Us and we'll repair the item in house and get it back to you as soon as possible.

All warranties cover machine faults due to manufacturing errors only and do not cover damage caused by user error.

The units are designed exclusively for grinding coffee beans and must be used safely in line with the provided instructions. Any misuse or deviation from the instructions is the user's responsibility and will void the warranty.

Changing or adjusting the burrs in your grinder without contacting us first will also be classified as operator error and void the warranty.

Additional Warranty Info

Grinders purchased via Ebay or Amazon are only covered with a 1 Year UK repair warranty.

Ex Demo grinders also aren't covered with warranty. The warranty details for ex demo grinders will be fully included in the sale listing.
