Mazzer Mini G Grind By Weight Espresso Grinder

The Mazzer Mini G is an electronic, grind by weight coffee grinder with 64mm flat steel burrs, built on the compact chassis of the original Mazzer Mini. It is suited to both home and commercial use.

A built in load cell measures ground coffee in real time and stops the grind at the target weight, with an accuracy of ±0.1g. The grinder automatically maintains the set dose weight when the grind setting is changed, so dose calibration doesn't need to be repeated after each adjustment.

A Vibration Filtering Algorithm compensates for counter vibration during grinding to maintain consistent weight based dosing. The grinder can be activated hands free using either the portafilter fork or the included magnetic stainless steel Dosing Cup, which holds up to 30g and is compatible with ø58mm portafilters. An adjustable portafilter holder centres the flow of grounds in the basket, and the grind chute is removable for cleaning. An antistatic system reduces coffee dust on the counter during grinding.

The control panel uses a TFT display configurable in 19 languages, with three programmable doses settable by weight or by time (to 0.01g or 0.01 seconds). The display shows load cell recalibration status, remaining coffee stock via a dose countdown, service alerts for worn burrs or an empty hopper, and daily grinding statistics. A manual grinding mode is also available.

The Mini G ships as standard with 64mm flat burrs in bearing steel (Mazzer's 233M burrs, designed and manufactured in-house), suited to espresso and milk based drinks.
