At Earl Coffee, we are committed to providing reliable and efficient shipping for all of our products. Please review our shipping details below:
UK/IE Shipping
We currently offer shipping within the UK/IE through our online store.
Shipping Costs
- Standard Shipping (Over £100): Free on orders over £100. Our standard shipping option is DPD 1-2 Day Tracked, this ensures your order arrives within 1-2 business days after dispatch. This service is only for UK Mainland.
- Standard Shipping (Over £100) Northern Ireland/Scottish Highlands: This service will be provided by DPD and will take 2-3 days to arrive.
- Standard Shipping (Under £100): £3 shipping charge for all orders under £100. Our standard shipping option for this is Royal Mail 48. The estimated delivery time with these services is 2-3 working days after dispatch.
- Espresso Machine Shipping: For Espresso Machine orders they will be shipped with UPS Special Handling, this service is free on orders over £1000 and £25 on orders under £1000.
- Irish Shipping: This is available at a cost of £17.50 for all orders.
Order Dispatch
We aim to dispatch all orders placed before 1pm (Monday to Friday) on the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm will be dispatched the following business day.
Orders can sometimes be delayed in dispatch due to failed courier collections or staff illness. If this is the case we will contact you.
For special dispatch requests, such as delaying due to not being home, please Email Us or leave a note on checkout.
Delivery Times
- DPD Next Day Tracked: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
- DPD (Northern Ireland & Scottish Highlands: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Royal Mail 48: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
- Espresso Machine Shipping: Estimated delivery 1 business day (and Saturday).
- Irish Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-9 business days.
Packaging
We take great care to ensure that all our products are well protected during shipping. All orders are suitably packed to protect your item and then parcel bagged for discretion. This is to safeguard your purchase and ensure it arrives undamaged and ready to use.
International Shipping
At this time, we do not offer international shipping except for shipping to Ireland, through our online store. However, if you are located outside the UK and wish to make a purchase, please Email Us and we will be happy to arrange a shipment for you.
Next Day Guarantees
Although we dispatch same day before 1pm with DPD 1 Day we cannot always ensure that the item arrives the next day or day after. This is due to DPD offering varying pickup times. For the best chance of your item to arrive next day we recommend using Royal Mail 24.
