The Grooveboard control panel adds a responsive touch slider plus new “+ / –” keys for quick and easy, precise adjustments. A 304 stainless interior, under-lid steam vents that direct heat away from fingers, and a water resistant wooden thumb rest complete a kettle built for competition precision and daily reliability in both home and commerical settings.
