Our DF54 and DF64 Gen 2 come with stainless steel burrs as standard. These are pre-calibrated and ready to go out of the box.
The DF64V and DF83V both come with upgraded DLC burrs. DLC burrs feature a diamond-like carbon coating that enhances durability, reduces heat, and provides more consistent grinding with less retention. They’re ideal for those seeking high-performance, long-lasting burrs.
DLC burrs are ideal for finer grind types like espresso but also deliver good results for coarser grinds such as filter coffee.
If you’d like to upgrade your burr set we have a range of different burrs available here.
