64mm Red Titanium Burr Set

Why choose titanium coated over standard stainless steel?

Standard steel burrs gradually dull with use. The titanium coating is far harder than the steel beneath it, so these hold their edge for several times longer. The coating also reduces friction, meaning less heat transfers into your grounds this is a real benefit for espresso, where heat dulls aromatics before the shot is even pulled. They also season faster than uncoated burrs, settling into consistent performance almost from day one.

Grind profile is identical to the uncoated equivalent offering universal grind ability from espresso to filter. With the same geometry as the standard DF64 burrs, just better consistency over the long haul and slightly improved clarity from cooler operation.
