The Timemore Sculptor 064S has a built-in, patented rotary knocker, which is designed to achieve as close to zero retention as possible. With a more streamlined design, rather than blowing air through the grinder, a snapping action physically shakes loose any remaining particles of coffee to empty the chute. As a result, retention is minimal.
