At the heart of the Sense is Fiorenzato's patented floating load cell with protective anti-interference technology. Unlike traditional timed dosing, this system compensates automatically for changes in bean density, grind size adjustments, and environmental variables. Delivering accuracy within ±0.1g. The latest version features improved container detection for faster, more reliable weighing and an increased dosing limit of up to 50g for single and double doses.

64mm Dark-T® Coated Flat Burrs

Precision engineered in house by Fiorenzato using CNC machining, the AllGround Sense features 64mm flat burrs crafted from M340 steel and coated with Fiorenzato's proprietary Dark-T® blend of titanium, aluminium, carbon, and nitrogen.

These burrs deliver exceptionally uniform particle distribution and last up to 5x longer than standard steel burrs. They have been lab tested to grind approximately 1,400kg of coffee over their lifespan.

Micro Step Grind Adjustment

The micrometric ring nut grind adjustment system combines the precision of stepless adjustment with the repeatability of stepped systems. With 10µm increments, you can make ultra-fine changes to grind size and return to the exact same setting every time — critical when dialling in espresso or switching between beans.

Intelligent Colour Changing Display

The AllGround Sense doesn't just grind, it adapts. The intuitive CapSense touchscreen automatically detects which grind range you've selected and changes colour to match: Red for espresso, Blue for moka pot, and Green for filter brewing. Each mode offers programmable dose presets, so switching between brew methods takes seconds, not minutes. The dose size can also be easily adjusted and selected from the touch screen display.

Tool Free Burr Access, Easy Maintenance & Low Retention

Press two side pins then lift and you have instant access to the grinding chamber. No screwdrivers, no recalibration required. The upper burr carrier removes without disturbing your grind setting, so you can deep clean regularly without losing your dialled in recipe. The magnetic grind chute minimises retention, and the sound insulated casing keeps noise to a minimum.
