I200D – Light to Medium Roasts: High clarity, fruit-forward, Mazzer’s “clarity” burrs emphasise definition, pleasant acidity and separation great for modern espresso and filter where you want sparkle and detail.

I189D – Medium to Dark Roasts: High body, classic feel, An evolution of Mazzer’s iconic Mini burrs, these lean into fuller body and velvety mouthfeel, ideal for traditional espresso and medium dark roasts, easy to dial in.
