The Z7 has an industry leading seven-star stainless steel, titanium plated 48mm grinding burr, one of the largest burr sets you can find in a hand grinder. The Z7s burrs are designed to be wear resistant and anti-static and delivering fast and high quality grind results across all different brewing methods.

In testing the Z7 took only 30 seconds to grind 10 grams of coffee which is comparable to the speed of electric grinding.

The Z7 is made of stainless steel, aluminium alloy and solid wood, with a capacity of 25g and a 25g grounds container. The ergonomic solid wood handle combined with the design of the Z7 reduces the effort required by 50% compared to traditional hand grinders.
